The 1978 recognition was to Herbert A Simon for applying psychological ideas to economic theorizing and this was repeated in 2002 Daniel Kahneman on 2002. It had been argued in the Simon Version that  neoclassical economics was not right in assuming people are perfectly rational and attempt to optimize but rationality is constrained and people seek satisfactory rather than ideal outcomes.A mechanical view of decision making and over emphasis on individual decision making and factual value free decisions effects decision quality. Metrics for quality of decision making in a managerial reality is stil not a social reality and social decision making. The lack of consensus on views expressed through this award/reward system which was hardly serving to strengthen the discipline as distinct discipline.The urge to make economics to not to be considered a  soft science and to qualify as hard science was reduced to an attempt to collect a body of empirical studies without caring for intricacies and problem in economic data and sound theory of econometrics .The 1980 recognition on award/ reward system use of statistics to Lawrence Klien and simple econometric models to analyze economic fluctuations and economic policies without notions of thermodynamic ensembles, density matricss and expectation values from indistinguishable states in energy landscape in absence of Index function and diagonalization techniques was completely insensitive to economic rights of humans and removal of structural barriers in what was gaining traction as human rights economics but ecomrtric metods of Klien had come to be very widely used along with a dehumanized wealth creation and wealth accumulation system despite the incomplete metric or filling up of the gaps and holes in the arbitrary near to neighbourhood approach. While Arthur Cecil Pigou, for ‘The Economics of Welfare'( 1920) never recieved a Award/Reward recognition nor did Wilfred Pareto but Kenneth J Arrow who got a recognition in 1972 develved in it and later the poverty study, social choice and social  welfare  with data from India by Amartya Sen in 1998. Legal obligation of the state in aligning economic policies with human rights norms was yet to become a focussed as the doctrine of social choice is not manipulated and voluntary.

The recognition of the work of Robert  A Mundell in 1999 for analyzing in terms of positive economics the monetary and fiscal policy under different exchange rates, reduced tax rates to encourage economic growth had the potential to decrease government revenue and increasing economic inequality. These ideas would be debated for years downward along with free market, free trade till the next round of Trade War.
While the award/ reward in 2012 it was for stability and market design to support neo colonial views purposefully ignoring manipulation of preferences and favouring the proposing side along with existence of alternative stable matchings. Idea of match markets and match making with search and matching for a mutually beneficial relationship taking microeconomic decision making of individuals to macroeconomic outcomes. The  matching function in reduction of a multi variable function to alignment matching pair of a production function does not explain how mₜ could become nₜ₁ when δ itself cannot be assigned a single fixed value. The award/reward in 1998 to Amartya Sen for social choice, welfare economics, famine ignoring power structures in economic development is blind to market failures and market design. Shared mental modes to technology and innovation in cognitive psychological perspective comparing mental modes for technology and innovations has implications for capability development. Shared mental modes have a confirmation bias in conflict and peace conditions, income inequalities seem not to be understood. Mr. Amartya Sen’s work is more a biased commentry and purpiseful misinterprtation of situations like famine which makes Great Bengal Famine during British Colonial rule as an infrastructural bottleneck does not distunguish superstructural  and substructural limitations and is definitely a result of neo colonial agenda being carried out. By 1999 static  version of economics was back with Robert Mundall focussed on macro economic policies in terms open / clused economies and criticized for failing to account for exchange rate of expectations  and ambiguity of optimum currency.In 2000 it was to Daniel McFadden for analyzing selective samples and to discrete choice  econometrics and empirical  observations without considering how the problem is srated and question framed, hence a scope senstivity and induced bias and James Heckman  extension of human capital ideas interested of early intervention  and shifting focus to early childhood without exploring  the business of education and human capital and how the stock of knowledge is used and learning as continuing process in pedagogy where students can construct questions and there is inquiry based learning where students decide course conttent in its idealized version of higher education.Education as an investment and to be used as a signal the inherent ability and productivity to potential employers leaves many unanswered questions.

There is a pattern in criticsm of the economic models chosen in the award/ reward system  and also a pattern in the choices made and acknowledgement. Realizing that the top down approach  of statictical mechanics  and data was leading to increased criticicism Heterodeskedacity for situations where the variance of the error term in regression model were not constant across all values of the independent variables and uneven scatter data indicating the models assumptions were easily being detected in invalid statistical  conclusions the urgent need for felt and met by Robert F Engle with conditional heteroskedasticity for modelling risk and market volatility and Clive Granger for non linear time series and a term was coined Granger causality test for causal relationship between variables without meeting fundamental requirement of causality of temporal precedence, macroscopic causality with continuity  and microscopic causality as strong or weak causality, relative simultaneity in transformation from one coordinate to another particularly  in hyperbolic geometry and covariance  in 2003 award/ reward. Stationary of data to be mistakenly taken with non stationary data in time series could display correlations without causal connection, cointegration refers to long term relationship where two or more time series have a stable and non random spread between them while correlation is short term relationship between variables which can be high even if there is no long term relationship. Mechanism design as a subfield in game theory works in reverse.It creates rules of the system as a game to achieve a desired outcome instead of analyzing the outcome of pre existing rules and aligning individual  incentives with a collective goal . As a reverse game theory it starts with goal objectives and desired outcomes to work backwards to design the rules instead of starting with the rules  and analyze potential  putcomes .This manipulation  techniques could be taken in a non benign manner and dominant strategy incentive compatibility, isoquant IS as all possible combinations of two inputs that produce the same level output while isocost line IL showing all combinations of the same two inputs that can be purchased at same total cost as economic logic requireme6 has been used as a justification in most of the literature on the subject lauding its wide applicability. Implentstion of social choice rules and outcome goals again model was sought to be explained with two consumer example in mecahism design. Presence of twisted social functions have conflict in social  choice rules and intensity of preferences make a difference. Other symmetries needed to be considered in an energy landscape models. Though real time data in transaction costs are not avaliable in a public private dilemma and efficiency  based hierarchy dichotomy it could not explain complex systems and oversimplication occurred. Asset specificity and oversimplification was the criticism whike the work of Ostrom was considered too complex. Criticsm appears as easy as getting mesmerized in praising reflecting a lack of consensus  on economics in its current state. There had been no scope for Econophysics and stochastic energy landscape ideas in the scenario.

In 2010 recognition  of work of Peter Diamond, Dale Mortensen and Christopher Pissarides lay in finding a justification of primacy of markets and imperfections or frictions in real world scenario, even buyers and sellers agree on a price it may not be sufficient  for immediate trade as both buyers and sellers might need to invest in costly search process to locate a proper partner to enter into a transaction  instead of waiting for better trading options.  The year 2011 to Thomas J Sargent and Chrisoper A Sims for tools to analyze macroeconomics and monetary policy, it was a divine guiding light shining on Riks Bank. Forward looking decisions are debatable with rational agents which could have non trivial effects and possibility of incomplete information. Policy evaluation and different interpretations of expectations whose errors would cancel out and how to find rational expectations  with attendant problems of time series data and time series economics. Statistical  estimators or educated guess the exact rule or formula of the estimator which is consistent and efficient and whether it is point estimator, or uses method of moments with expected values of powers of the random variable for tractable solutions in a stochastic process , or an interval estimator to make the estimate had to be more explicit. Data anamolies and their manifestations in different types and sub types of deviations from the general pattern of the data  could be for  individual  instances as data points and domain specific variables which requires reference to the functional data structures as looking at time series for income, spatial data in terms of a set of coordinates as population  density or utility infrastructure and both types of data set amidst noise as aggregates which allows data and perspective to be transformed with static entities in time related events, single cases and grouped events* enhanced noise) the concept of anamoly has five dimensions as data type,cardinality of relationship,anamoly level, data structure and data distribution. Diffusion model in spatio temporal Intertemporal/ intermittent time series fevolves around the idea that the observations value is dependent upon its past value or spare parts demand or sales of high value luxury goods.  Intertemporal substitutions and similarities give rise to anamolirs in decision making under uncertainty with expected utilities and economic actions with delayed consequences. The government has no self interest and collective decisions mysteriously become more rational than individual decisions which makes the assumptions invalid.The year 2015 to Augustus Deaton  was again some kind of poverty theory ( coincidentally the data was claimed to be on India published in 2009 after Chandryaan 1 in 2008) and health, well being and inequality in benefits from increased national income, his earlier study of consumption was to be called a paradox was sought to be shown as shocks in income do not cause equally large shock in consumption using statistical data and data anomalies, deviations and outliers. Definitely more studies had to be carried out for inclusive neo colonialism why India was interested in space instead of not looking after the poor. In 2016 contract theory recieved their benign attention.Though effectiveness of contractual relations in terms of marginal costs and marginal gains existed in works by others from earlier, optimal contracts, the economy being a nexus of contracts, from importance of property rights in Adam Smith  to relations of production of Marx, in the exchange economy model the contract design and method of verification   Oliver Hart and Bengt Holmstrom, had oversimplified in their version with assymetry of information model in terms of mechanics design the complexity and power dynamics. The year in 2017 it was an indulgent paternalistic manipulative view stemming in Behavioral Economics of Nudging. Whether the manipulation function is benign or not and the stretching/compressing is vertical or horizontal was not stated. The 2018 view with linear damage functions assuming a gradual smooth damage held only a part of the reality and non linear damage functions which cause abrupt changes in climate or the social ecological concerns beyond. This was taking a view on developing countries and industrialization attempts to take the blame or those with large GDP with large manufacturing activity to take the blame or impose Carbon tax in terms of temperature targets decided, these carbon taxes if not designed property effect the poor people disproportionately. At least the issue of global warming was raised. Theory of agency in Behavioral  Economics  depends both on quantum coherence and classical physical states in decoherence in deliberation and reliable decision making with stable and copyable information for preferred bases and act of choosing. The mysterious greater rationality  of collective decisions as compared to individual  decision making could a manipulation in terms of ensensebles  and statistical mechanics.

In 2019 it was business model of poverty alleviation and laboratory methods( coincidentally to husband wife team Abhijit Vinayak Bannerjee and Duffle for poverty study with data from India, Chandrayaan 2 was launched in 2019 and the world had to be reminded that India was wrongly interested in space instead of working for its poor). While in 2020 for understanding auction formats, 2021 to statistical methods and the local treatment effect in terms of labour economics. 2023 it was the gender justice being met in neo colonial system. Control groups and non control groups empirical studies examining difference between differences statistical techniques of studying historical economic events of the neo colonial view brought attention to a study by Elena Esposito which did not receive the prize that malaria prone ecological are suitable for its transmission experienced a greater share increase of enslaved Africans. Inclusive Colonialism and integration in the global economy and power dynamics rather than exclusionary  colonialism being carried over in the institutions created in the colonial period into the post colonialism phase and the view in 2024 made little attempt to address the issue. The 2024 Economics award selection became one of the most criticised for intentionally underplaying the brutality of colonialism and also for exclusive and inclusive institutions created by colonial powers as disconnected from each other. The award and reward system had its market advantage and strategic advantage through a secretive system.

In 2025  it was given to persons by the name Phillipe Aghion , Peter Howitt for mechanics of innovation driven sustained economic growth and Joel Mokyr for technological progress and shift from prescriptive geometry to understanding inner mechanism, thus, bringing deliberate investment( where the funds for deliberate investment came from being considered irrelevant, whether it was a part of colonial market design of destroying the already existing manufacturing sector in the colonies and turning them into a source of raw material and a captured market for the produce of these innovations eas also irrelevant)  seemed to understand innovation and creative destruction, the long wave business cycles linked to technological innvoation ( Kondratieff cycles) and other types of  business cycle and it’s phases with overall economic activity or those  driven by fluctuations of employment, income and production or those by  growth rate above or below the potential rate the key determinant of achiral flow which has the presence of a plane of symmetry  or chiral flow which has an axis of n fold symmetry on a rotational plane but not an internal plane or center of symmetry is not clarified. Complentarity and substitutability of older products when new products  entered the market without considering in details what drives innovation internally and the need for it.Criticism of emphasis on culture and market for ideas overemphasizes elite intellectual factors and insufficient integration of insitutional and material explanations in culture of growth as even in Europe it took shape earlier in countries with larger colonial markets and control over them particularly  in absence of articulated scientific theories making it difficult to be empirically tested. There will always be statements within the system that are true but cannot be proved or disproved from its axioms.

There maybe a generalized view , as in 2025 version of business cycles as being governed only by creative destruction in a static model of Karl Marx or competitive dynamics of expansion, contraction and p trough. destruction in dynamic  competitive technological  design of creating order from chaos in its strategic application and how production  functions are refined in the system. Interestingly the opposition parties who want to protect democracy like Tejasvi Yadav son of politician Lalu Yadav, Rahul Gandhi of Congress which is s family fiefdom of Gandhi family, Akhilesh Yadav son of politician Mulayam Yadav, Sharad Pawar with his family fiefdom party, D Raja of DMK, Farookh Abdullah or Mahbooba Mufti and lastly Uday Thakre claiming Shiv Sena as his family party are also of the same type. Their being on stage together on 31 March 2024 rally at Ramleela grounds New Delhi is symbolic. Their political parties are purely family organizations with no internal democracy. Fact remains that India is a vibrant democracy.
